Meet Rachel London
I have had a passion for psychology and the study of interpersonal relationships from early on in my educational journey.
I believe that love and connection in our closest relationships profoundly affect our health, quality of life, well-being and longevity. I understand the complexities of marriage as it relates to parenthood, life transitions, loss, and personal histories.
I derive immense fulfillment from helping others improve their relationships with partners and themselves. My own life journey in combination with my education, professional training and clinical experience enables me to connect with clients on a deeper level and to achieve meaningful change.
Outside of work, I enjoy family time, running, hiking in the great outdoors, reading, writing, personal development, travel and sharing meals with family and friends.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and have completed extensive training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I am currently working towards becoming a Certified Gottman Therapist with the Gottman Institute.

Specializations
I specialize in helping couples manage conflict, have better conversations, re-build trust and strengthen both emotional and physical intimacy.

"Every relationship is a story. You are the author, and you write your chapers. And in long-term relationships, you can write many love stories together."
